About the event
Edmonton’s Battle for Recovery 2 is a full-day, community-driven recovery experience focused on trauma, mental health, addiction, and healing through lived experience. This is not a lecture or a conference — it’s a space where real people share real stories, where hope is visible, and where community connection is the outcome.
The day will feature lived-experience speakers, community voices, culturally grounded moments, and open conversations that remind people they are not alone. Our goal is simple but powerful: reduce stigma, spark hope, and connect people to supports that actually exist in their own city.
We are actively looking for collaborators and community partners to help bring this event to life — including local organizations, Indigenous communities, businesses, service providers, mental health and recovery agencies, and grassroots initiatives. Partners can support through collaboration, in-kind contributions, sponsorship, resource tables, or by helping amplify the event within the community.
