With over 13 Empower 2 Recover live events coast to coast across Canada, over 145 lived experience speakers showing up and over 110 community assets, the E2R Foundation is now building the GRC, the biggest Global Recovery Community across Canada and the world. The world of recovery is now changing and evolving with so many different ways to help, support and guide people through the process and journey of healing and recovery. The GRC offers online programs, products and service, fitness and wellbeing concepts for stress management, recovery nutrition for holistic health, along with an array of energy healing modalities, tools and technologies for you to check out. Providing recovery programs and services to suite your needs, from faith based, spiritual and alternative, indigenous and veterans, with so many communities within a global recovery community. Inspiring and empowering you through your own personal process, overcoming the mental health challenges and addictions, taking control, developing a strong foundation and the skills for life.
In 2015 Canada allocated 15.8 Billion to mental health services, as of 2021, Canada had approximately 678,780 mental health, substance and addictions health care providers. Equating to about 1,721.4 providers per 100,000 population. The annual funding supporting a wide range of services – social workers, family physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, community care, nurses and access to prescription drugs. 2025: Despite availability to these services, waiting lists, barriers such as cost and stigma can impede access to mental health and addicts services.

The GRC – Global Recovery Community is now building an Online Subscription Process, taking you through a step by step guide to advertise, share and promote your products, services and recovery programs across Canada and the world. Giving you a powerful platform for networking and building your community within the Global Recovery Community, supporting those suffering through trauma, mental health and addictions. GRC recovery programs, faith based, spiritual, alternative, indigenous and veterans will complete The SPA Application Process, providing your Service, how the Process works and how to Access your recovery program. Allowing people to find a recovery program and service that suites their needs, inspiring and empowering the journey of healing and recovery. You will be guided through The SPA Application Process on our GRC SUBSCRIPTION page.
The GRC Online Subscription Provides:
The GRC Online Subscription will support the E2R Foundation’s mission, vision and goals. Building on the E2RF board and team, creating a voluntary service and funding employment for important roles within the non for profit organization. Continuing to deliver E2R events, investing in raising awareness through marketing, advertising and promotions throughout provinces, coast to coast across Canada. Technical and social media support, constantly upgrading and the E2RF website and updating the data base and directory as we build online services and communities within the GRC. Supporting organizations, treatment centres and recovery programs that lack funding to provide an important and valuable service. Providing recovery scholarships, online programs and services to inspire and empower those suffering through trauma, mental health and addictions.
